La Gill Corporation célèbre son 75e anniversaire

El Monte, Californie – The owners, staff and subsidiaries of The Gill Corporation celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the company on September 11, 1945.

La Gill Corporation a commencé dans un garage loué à Montebello, en Californie, et réside actuellement dans un complexe de huit bâtiments sur Easy Street à El Monte, en Californie, avec des filiales en France, en Irlande du Nord et dans le Maryland. La Gill Corporation est la plus ancienne entreprise familiale détenue et exploitée dans le domaine passionnant des composites aérospatiaux. Stephen Gill, propriétaire de deuxième génération, a commencé à travailler dans l'entreprise en 1957 et travaille dans l'entreprise depuis 63 ans.

The Corporation began 2020 with over 1,100 teammates and is looking forward to returning to that number as soon as the pandemic is over. In the meantime, Stephen said, “We’re doing what we’ve always done during a downturn. We’re strengthening our foundation, investing in R&D, upgrading our infrastructure and getting ready for the next 75 years, although I don’t intend to be here for all of them.”

Le fondateur, MC Gill et Stephen ont été intronisés au Western Plastics Pioneers Hall of Fame.
