Who is INSOLEQ?

Answer:
Formed in 1984, INSOLEQ specialised in providing detailed floor panels, furnishing panels, insulation bags and bonding leads to major OEMs, MROs and Aircraft Operators.
Question:
Who is M.C. Gill Europe Ltd?

Answer:
M.C. Gill Corporation bought Insoleq Ltd in 1997, creating The Gill Corporation Europe Ltd. as a European fabrication and distribution centre. The company continues to offer all of Insoleq's fast, responsive and economical fabrication services but now includes the stocking and distribution of M. C. Gill's Gillfabš, Gillinerš and Gillfloorš sandwich panels and Cargo Liner material's in addition to the detailing of Gillcoreš Nomex honeycomb core.

Where is your European Warehouse?

Answer:
We are based in Bangor, N. Ireland, U.K. 15 minutes from the main ferry terminals and Belfast City Airport and 40 minutes from the International Airport.

What are your main products?

Answer:
We specialise in fabricating composite assemblies, detailing honeycomb cores, manufacturing insulation bags and assembling electrical bonding leads.

What finished composite assemblies can you supply?

Answer:
Floor Panels, Bulkheads, Stowages, Consoles, and a range of furnishing panels made from flat or "cut & folded" sandwich panels.

What aircraft programmes have you supported?

Answer:
BAe 146/RJ, 748/ATP, Jetstream 31/32/41. BAe/Hawker H125-800/1000, Shorts SD330/360, BaeAS A300B4 freighter conversion. Fokker F100.

What approvals do you hold?

Answer:
CAA JAR21, BAe, Raytheon, Bombardier Shorts and others. We are also the sole approved suppliers of replacement floor panels for BAe turbo-prop and regional jet aircraft.
Question:
Can you manufacture to drawing?

Answer:
Yes. We can offer make-to-print, EDI, work-to-template or measure-on-site services. All tooling and CNC programming is manufactured in house.
Question:
What are your design capabilities?

Answer:
While we do not maintain our own design capability we work closely with our parent company's extensive Design and R&D department to design and specify custom sandwich panel constructions for specific purposes. We can also work with CAA, Airbus and Boeing-approved design houses to provide a full "concept to fit" package for passenger and cargo flooring sets for new build or conversions.

What aircraft are your materials approved for?

Answer:
The Gill Corporation has flooring and furnishing sandwich panels and cargo liners approved by every major OEM including Airbus, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, BAe, DeHavilland, Beech, Vought, Northrop, Rockwell and others. What specifications do your materials meet?

Answer:
We have materials qualified by all major OEMs as well as materials specified by airlines operators and proprietary specifications meeting all applicable FAR specifications.
Question:
What are your standard sheet sizes?

Answer:
We stock a range of sheet sizes commonly 48", 60" or 72" wide x 96", 120" or 144" long, but can quote on non-standard, profiled or detailed configurations.
Question:
How quickly can I secure delivery?

Answer:
We stock a wide range of commonly used materials at our U.K. facility and can routinely offer a 3-day service into Europe with the ability to make 24/36 hour AOG responses if required. Our policy is to establish long-term contracts with key customers and maintain strategic stocks of commonly used materials for each project providing guaranteed availability and shipping.
