AS9100 是航空、航天和國防工業的質量管理體系 (QMS) 標準。 AS9100 修訂版 C（有時稱為 AS9100:2009）於 2009 年 1 月發布，是 SAE International 制定的第四個也是最新版本的標準。航空航天基本質量體系標準是由一組美國航空航天主承包商在汽車工程師協會的支持下制定的。該標準以 ISO 9000（國際標準化組織）為基礎，具有航空航天業特有的要求。 ISO 9000 涉及解決系統變革的質量管理體系。
AS9100 修訂版 C 幾乎對現有 AS9100 標準的每個部分都提出了附加要求，其中顯著增加了風險管理、項目管理、配置管理以及對客戶滿意度的更加關注。修訂版 C 的目的是創建一個主動的質量管理體系，解決風險管理的要素並減少製造環境中出現不良情況的可能性。
Director of Quality, Robert Hawrylo and Quality Assurance Manager Claudia Feier oversaw the audit process which was conducted during late October. At the closing meeting, Hawrylo said “On behalf of the organization, I am pleased to report we successfully completed the surveillance audit for AS9100 Revision C. This reflects a serious commitment from the organization and affirms we have a solid knowledge of the intent and specifics of the standards as well as the best methods to implement, document, and perform risk management activities. ”
