 Unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced epoxy facings bonded to GillVANA® honeycomb core panel. Provides excellent acoustic benefits while still meeting physical, mechanical and flammability requirements. Qualified to Boeing specifications BMS 4-20.
Gillcore® HA Honeycomb
 Commercial grade aramid paper reinforced phenolic honeycomb core.
Gillcore® HD Honeycomb
 Gillcore® HD is an aramid fiber reinforced honeycomb which is coated with phenolic resin.
Gillcore® HF5035 Honeycomb
 Gillcore® HF5035 is a high performance non-metallic fiberglass honeycomb which is coated with heat resistant phenolic resin for moisture resistance and suitable for high temperature applications.
Gillcore® HK Honeycomb
 Gillcore® HK is a reinforced honeycomb. It offers a significant 25% weight savings over honeycomb.
