The Gill Product Description
Gillcore® HD is an aramid fiber (Nomex®) reinforced honeycomb which is coated with phenolic resin.
Gillcore® HK is a Kevlar® N636 reinforced honeycomb. N636 is the commercial designation for DuPont's Kevlar paper for use in honeycomb core. It offers a significant 25% weight savings over Nomex® honeycomb.
Woven fiberglass cloth reinforced phenolic, very high impact resistant, low smoke and toxicity cargo liner with white Tedlar® on the face side for reflectivity. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 8-223 Cl 2 Gr B, all types, McDonnell Douglas specification DMS 2419 Ty 50-90 and LAC-C-22-1249 Cl 3.
Woven fiberglass cloth reinforced phenolic, high impact resistant, low smoke and toxicity cargo liner with white Tedlar® on the face side. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 8-223 Cl 2 Gr B Types 13 thru 40, McDonnell Douglas DMS 2419 Cl 1 (Ty 13-40), and Airbus 2550 M1M 000800.
Woven fiberglass cloth reinforced phenolic, high impact resistant, low smoke and toxicity cargo liner with white Tedlar® on the face side. 20-25% lighter in weight than 1367A with no sacrifice to mechanical properties.
1367B Qualified to Boeing Specification BMS 8-223 Cl 4 Gr B Type 13, 20, 30, 40 and 50.

1367M Meets Requirements Of (MRO) BMS 8-223 Cl 4 Gr B Type 13, 20, 30 and 40.
Gillfab® 5433E sandwich panel is made from aluminum facings bonded to a woven fiberglass reinforced epoxy core.
Gillfab® 1367G is a high impact resistant, low smoke and toxicity, fiberglass reinforced phenolic laminate. For technical and product performance data please contact The Gill Corporation.
Unidirectional fiberglass reinforced epoxy facings/Nomex® honeycomb core floor panel. 4417 is qualified to Boeing specification BMS 4-17, Ty I thru V, IX and Drawing 69B15779 (Ty V). Unidirectional fiberglass reinforced epoxy facings/Nomex® honeycomb core floor panel. 4417A is qualified to Boeing specification BMS 4-17, Ty VI.
Unidirectional carbon reinforced epoxy facings/Nomex® honeycomb core floor panel. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 4-20, Types II and III.
Unidirectional carbon reinforced epoxy facings/Kevlar® N636 honeycomb core floor panel. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 4-20, Types VI, VII, VIII and IX.
Unidirectional fiberglass reinforced epoxy facings/aluminum honeycomb core floor panel. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 4-23 Types I and II.
Gilliner®1076C is a general purpose fiberglass cloth reinforced polyester laminate.
Wear resistant fiberglass cloth reinforced polyester laminate. Aircraft cargo compartment liner; designed for lower sidewalls where in-service conditions may result in wear through over frame sections, impact damage and/or fastener hole tear out at attach points
Woven fiberglass cloth reinforced polyester, high impact resistant cargo liner. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 8-2 Cl 2 Gr A, De Havilland DHMS P1.42 Cl B, Lockheed LAC-C-22-1249 Cl 3, and Airbus 2550 M1M 0014 01. 1366T is same as 1366 but with a 1 mil white Tedlar® face side. Qualified to Boeing specification BMS 8-2 Cl 2 Gr B.
