Gillfab® 5065

Gillfab® 5065 is an aircraft grade sandwich panel made from unidirectional fiberglass reinforced epoxy facings bonded to aluminum honeycomb core.

The panel is used for cargo flooring panels in freighter aircraft.

  • High impact strength
  • High strength-to-weight ratio
  • Low smoke generation
  • Economical alternative to panels using aramid honeycomb
  • Service temperature range: -90°F to 180°F (-68°C to 82°C)
